Little Wildlings: 2025 Consignment

CONSIGNMENT OPEN FOR SPIRING/SUMMER 2025
To save time please ensure you read the entirety of our process and details below before bringing your articles into the shop.

All consigners will need to fill out a consignment agreement. We do not accept value brands and focusing on more specific brands that you will read on about below. Articles absolutely MUST be freshly laundered with low scent detergent.

WHAT we accept:
We accept up to 30 items max per drop depending on what we are currently needing. Please bring at least 20 really great items that fit all the criteria. We accept sizes premature to 12 years.
No equipment, toys, bibs, or furniture, just the specific clothing articles mentioned below.

PREPARING YOUR CONSIGNMENT DROP
Please review your items carefully to ensure they meet Little Wildlings' preloved criteria. Processing intake from start to finish requires a lot of time so it's best to double check your articles meet criteria beforehand. We want to be able to accept as much of your intake as possible for mutual benefit.

Quality Check: Great/excellent condition. Items with stains, broken zippers, rips, tears, missing buttons, fading, piling, animal hair, outdated, or out-of-season articles will not be considered.

Brand Check: To help save time; please make sure your drop off does not have brands we don't accept. (Listed above)

Cleanliness: Items must be freshly laundered with low scent detergent. Shoes must be free of dirt on soles. Items with any funky smells will not be considered.

Final Preparation: Items must be folded neatly with zippers and buttons done up and placed in a clean reusable bag or box that we will return to you immediately (we cannot accept clothing in garbage bags).

Though we try to be as fast as possible, we require a 10 day grace period for processing (appraising, sorting, tagging, photographing, online product creation, etc.) Within our curated preloved selection there are some brands we do not carry. Please do not be offended if we decide to pass on some items (even if they are in great shape). We are very conscious of what will sell well and in a timely fashion. Remember, by carefully selecting articles we think we can sell fast will in return create a win-win-win situation. Some deciding factors are: our clientele wants/needs, repetitive apparel, wear, style is outdated, etc. With all that being said try to bring at least 20 items to make it more worthwhile.

SEASONAL INTAKE

Spring/Summer: Feb 1 - July 19

Accepted articles: swim suit/shorts, short sleeves, tank tops, dresses, shorts, skirts, lightweight pants, overalls, lightweight hoodies/sweaters, lightweight sleepwear including sleep sacks (0.5-1.0). No bathrobes or slippers please.
Footwear includes; rain boots, waterproof shoes, running shoes, waterproof beach shoes, sandals, slip ons. In excellent condition and no dirt on sole.

Autumn/Winter: August 6 - November 26
*Think warm weather gear/articles*
Accepted articles: knit wear, sweaters, hoodies, long sleeves, jeans, jogging pants, long sleeve and footie pyjamas, jackets, running shoes, sleep sacks, Christmas/holiday attire.
Halloween Costumes: August 1 - October 15
Heavier outerwear: intake including winter coats and boots starts October 1
Christmas themed: November 1 - December 1

SHOP CREDIT

At Little Wildlings we provide a 40/60 split (you/store). Proceeds from sales will be placed on a shop credit. Credits become available as your articles sell - you may log into your consignor portal to view your credit total. Please give us 48 hours to get your account into the system. Don’t see it yet? We either still need some time to process other accounts before yours or it will be in your junk/spam folder.

DONATION POLICY

Little Wildlings will sort your items upon your initial drop off while you are in the store. Please allow at least 15 minutes for us to carefully sort your items as we may be busy, but this process does take some time. We will immediately hand back what doesn’t fit our criteria or anything we think we won’t be able to sell in a timely manner. At the end of your 90 day term we will donate any remaining items that are unsold. If you wish to retrieve your items please call us to confirm before the end of your term. If you wish to retrieve your items you will have 5 days to pick up. If you do not pick up within this timeframe the items will be donated - thank you for understanding as we simply cannot utilize our limited space for storage for items we cannot sell. 

We will do our best to safeguard your items but we are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, etc.

Please note: your online portal will show you when your items will "expire". In this case it means your items will go from full priced items to sale items for roughly 2 additional weeks (to complete the 90 days). This process timeline can change from occasionally depending on certain factors such as items being out of season before contract expires etc.
